THE DESIGNER
Haley here, self proclaimed “Nocturnal Florist” and botanical enthusiast. I discovered my passion for floral arranging while working for multiple Twin Cities flower shops throughout college. Fast forward a decade later and I find myself living my lifelong dream creating beautiful designs for every occasion. I work from my in-home studio and do not have a brick & mortar space. Thus, communications are either by email or appointment only. This gives me the freedom to work when I want and to offer my services at a lower cost to you.
THE PHILOSOPHY
Flowers are prohibitive for many. I find that too often flowers get pushed to the bottom of the priorities list. Although, despite their short shelf life they are often immortalized in photos of momentous occasions. They deserve to have the same passion put into them as the memories they induce. I am a fervent problem solver and I aspire to create arrangements that are as unique as you are.
THE NAME
La Bonne Nuit (pronounced: La Bon Nwee) - “Good Night” in French. This name has many meanings for me. It truly represents how I am able to make this business succeed. I have found I work best at night. I am a night owl, a midnight oil burner. The smell of flowers is my biggest inspiration and I strive to create arrangements that are not only visually stunning but appeal to your other senses as well. When I work at night I have only one thing on my mind - completing the task at hand which is inevitably followed by sleep. There is no never-ending list of tasks to compete with, no lingering children and no pinging phone. It is just the flowers and I. It is always a Good Night.
